How to Blend The Shake
Add 2 level scoops to 8fl oz cold, purified water, and blend or shake well for 30-60 seconds.
If prefered, combine ice and cold, purified water to equal 8 fl oz. For maximum creminess, blend fo 30 seconds, hand shake contents, and return to blender for another 30 seconds. Enjoy.

Simple preparation and ingredients
To either reduce or increase calories or protein, just reduce the number of scoops of protein or increase it to fit your needs.
- Add in a blender: 1/3 C to 1/2 C of ice and water (more for a thinner shake, less for a thicker shake)
- 2 Scoops: Isagenix IsaPro Vanilla (pure whey protein, each scoop is 18 grams of high quality protein)
- 1 Scoop: Isagenix Isalean Pro Shake Chocolate (whey protein, minerals, vitamins, healthy carbohydrate and fats)
- 1/2 Avocado: Add 1/2 of an medium organic avocado
- 2 Tbls Guittard 100% Cacao Powder (or equivalent)
- 1 Tbls of Either: Bulletproof Brain Octane Fuel (MCT oil), or Organic coconut oil, or Extra Virgin Olive Oil (base this on your need for daily calorie or macro goals)
- 1/4 tsp Redmond Sea Salt
- For added sweetness: If you want a sweeter shake add 1 Tbls of Local Organic Honey
