How To Attract High Quality Prospects Who Raise Their Hand Wanting What You Have – Rejection Free

Working hard to build your team and you’re discouraged not seeing the results of your efforts

So a quick recap:

In the last few posts, I’ve been talking about how to attract the “right” traffic

And I’ve broken down a few myths and mistakes you may have made

I’ve talked about “target marketing” and talking to your specific “niche”

How talking the “right way” to your niche will get you more leads (i.e., followers and email subscribers) faster, easier, and more efficiently by preparing valuable content rather than creating the same “scatter brain” stuff

(It’s literally the fastest way to know what content to create (in way less time) AND see quality leads actually reach out to you)

Qualified leads are the lifeblood of your dream life; having time for the things that matter and the money to pay for it

You’ll get rid of discouraging rejection and the feeling like you’re a failure

And the guilt of not spending enough time with those who need it the most, including yourself

When you can recruit and build a large team by automating the entire process, you’ll enjoy the time freedom and money that the profession promised you

My own poor financial results hit at the worse time when my wife contracted Parkinson’s and I had to work at home and create the needed income to help her

With my RSD (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria) from my ADHD I suffered through some depression

Using two top trainer’s recruiting methods, I went 2 for 349, a 0.6% success rate
(or 99.4% rejection rate)

That gave me 100% depression rate

That pain led me to seek a solution from NON-NETWORK MARKETING gurus

Now, because I started to use TRUE MARKETING METHODS, I have tons of FREE leads that reach out to me

I capture between 2,000 to 4,000 leads per quarter and my ZOOM schedule is mostly always filled all without me having to prospect anyone

The Number One First Step

There are a few first steps that will give you more leads than you could ever imagine:

My key ah-ha moments, though many would be…

  • Show your ugly, get real, and be visceral
  • Imperfect action drives out fear and is better than perfect procrastination
  • Niche the freak down! Niche until you can’t niche no more!
  • PAS, AG-AS-PA-SB-CTA till the cows come home!
  • Ask who am I serving with this content and what do I want them to do
  • Operate only in Greenlight!

Let’s explore “Niche the freak down!”

When I entered network non-marketing, I asked my upline who my best customer would be

He answered me, “Who do you know that eats?”

That sounded right because my company was in the health and wellbeing space and our core solutions were nutrition based

The only problem with that was I sent the same message to everyone

The stay-at-home mom who needed more energy

The overweight dad who needed to drop 50 pounds

The elite athlete who wanted to build muscle and endurance

Imagine a stay-at-home mom struggling with low energy looking at a post on social media about building muscle and running faster

That mom won a gold medal in “scrolling” because of me

(I’ll bet you might be as skillful too)

When you “target” a very narrow specific niche such as, “I serve career professional women who are moms that are stressed for time to eat better, helping her and her family to have more energy, sleep better, and lose stubborn pounds”

These are the people that will show up to your page, follow you, and give you engagement when you deliver content that will help them solve their problem

(Read that last sentence again)

This is never taught in network non-marketing because they want you to sell to everyone

The trouble with that is you end up wasting content and never reach a consistent audience

​To create a target market avatar, start with using AI (like Chat GPT or Perplexity) and the following five prompts:

Prompt #1

Act as my target market and perfect customer consultant.

I am a [professional network marketer, home business entrepreneur, mentor, and social media influencer and I help ambitious network marketing professionals, and home business entrepreneurs with a framework to become a Solid Moneymaker, earning more in less time to also have Tireless Energy & Health].
I offer [what your core products and solutions are] which helps to solve [pain it solves]

Enter your own “I am” statement instead of mine.

Who is my customer avatar and my ideal customer? I'd like to know their age, income level, marital status, education, where they typically live, what they like to do, what are their pain points and challenges, what do they want out of life?

Prompt #2

Considering my avatar, [Karen], as my target market. Please answer the following 11 questions so that I might understand [Karen] on a deeper level.

  • What keeps them awake at night, indigestion boiling up their esophagus, eyes open, staring at the ceiling?
  • What are they afraid of?
  • What are they angry about?
  • Who are they angry at?
  • What are their top three daily frustrations?
  • What trends are occurring and will occur in their businesses or lives?
  • What do they secretly, ardently desire most?
  • Is there a built-in bias to the way they make decisions? (Example: engineers = exceptionally analytical)
  • Do they have their own language?
  • Who else is selling something similar to my product(s) and solutions, and how?
  • Who else has tried selling them something similar, and how has that effort failed?

Prompt #3

Considering my avatar, [Karen], as my target market. Please give me their key personality traits that would fit well with the name [Karen]:

Prompt #4

What is the income level of my customer avatar in their job outside the home and not in their network marketing home business? What profession is [Karen] likely in now?

Prompt #5

What is the pop culture [Karen], my target avatar is involved in. What TV shows do they watch and stream? What movies have they seen or are likely to see? What is their fashion and lifestyle? What social media platforms are they on? What is their likely political beliefs? What are their humor trends and memes they like and resonate with?

ChatGPT (https://openai.com/chatgpt/)

When you understand your avatar then you can begin to prepare content that solves their issues

If you look at my Instagram channel (IG @michael.c.lantz) you’ll see my niche and the content that helps them

I rarely post any lifestyle posts about me except in my stories

Now prepare a short reel script prompt:

AI Content prompt: Act as my expert in creating reel content to help [Karen] eat better in less time. Create a 15 second script and captions for the top three foods for [Karen] to eat

You may have to edit the script to fit your personality

Also, you can now research other creators in your same niche for the content they prepare that gets a lot of engagement. You can research that on the Search page of the social media platform you use now and the best content based on:

• The niche you have posted in your bio
• From the content you prepared
• From the caption language

The social media platform has an algorithm that wants to find your best audience because it keeps people on their feed and they can deliver ads to them

Believe it or not, that algorithm wants to see you succeed!

Follow this format for your reels:
1) Hook (first 2 seconds that shows the pain of your niche)
For example; 3 Foods to Boost Your Mom Energy
2) Teaching (10 seconds)
3) Call to action (3 seconds)
a. Eat those foods today
b. Leave a [emoji] to download my free quick recipe guide
c. Save and share this
d. Tag a busy mom who needs this

Send me an email with your niche you’ve chosen

The Importance of a CALL TO ACTION (CTA)

People are sheep

They want to be led

It’s the CTA that gets you the engagement you seek
• Comments
• Follows
• Shares

How do I get 2000 to 4000 new prospects per quarter?

In a reel I ask them if they want my FREE PDF file, webinar, zoom call that will help them solve their problem

In the call to action at the end of the reel might say, “Leave a fire emoji and I’ll send you my free get more energy guide”

Then those that “wave their hand wanting what I have” and leave a fire emoji, I send them a link to opt-in to my email list in exchange for the free guide

Once they are on my list, I begin a targeted process to
• Influence them
• Build trust
• Invite them to purchase something
• Invite them to join my team
• Repeat

See how that works?

All because you did real “marketing” and began to serve a niche.

Old school one-on-one contacting to a broad market is like trying to find the needle in a haystack

When you start by looking only at “haystacks” that are your target, the haystacks are  substantially smaller but contain a ton of needles

This the real way to Network “Marketing” that you’ve never been taught

And honestly, those top attraction magnets in your company, while they show their magnificent beauty and lifestyle, are really target marketing

They just don’t know it and they believe everyone can “be like them”

I don’t know about you, but I can’t be a 29-year-old bombshell woman

But I can be the best in the world at solving my niche’s problems

And so can you

And the big elephant in the room no one understands in our profession
